COST

We offer two trackable shipping options charged at a flat shipping rate;

  • Parcel Post $7.50 AUD 
  • Express shipping $10.50 AUD - (1-2 days)

DELIVERY 

For Parcel Post shipping please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order. Regional areas outside of metropolitan areas may take an additional business day for delivery.

For Express shipping please allow 1-2 business days for delivery of your order.

* Orders are dispatched Midday on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

** If you have not received your order in the specified time please physically go into your local post office to see if they are holding the item for you -sometimes attempted deliveries are made and a calling card is not left.  Failing this, please check your delivery information and contact us here for further information.

TRACKING

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the item has been dispatched.  

RETURNS

We happily accept returns for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met;

  • The item(s) are returned within 10 business days of you receiving them.
  • The item(s) are in their original condition. All tags must be attached and hygiene seal in place.
  • Undergarments must be worn when trying on item(s).
  • Item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered.

Returns will not be accepted if the above requirements aren't met.

Shipping costs incurred by returning an item are not covered by Gnash Swim. However if a new size is requested, we will cover the shipping cost (economy) when sending you the new item(s) *applicable once.

* Sale items are non refundable. Exchanges or store credits apply with re-postage cost covered by customer.

* Competition entrants who receive a discount on their purchased items will need to pay the postage costs on any exchanges

INTERNATIONAL 

We ship our orders globally - if your country is not listed as a shipping option in the check out please contact us here to arrange shipment.

COST

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Pack and track International shipping - (varying country/zone rates displayed in the check-out).
  • Registered post for countries that do not have a trackable service *If this option is selected GNASH swim will not be liable if an order goes missing.
